Terms of Service
Effective: 1 May 2026
01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “you”) and Tryjolt Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, operating the TryVox platform (“TryVox”, “we”, “us”).
By signing up for an account, accessing our APIs, or otherwise using any TryVox service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and references to “you” mean that organisation.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not create an account and stop using the platform.
02Definitions
- Account— the workspace created when you register on the TryVox platform.
- Services— the voice, SMS, WhatsApp, programmable SIP trunking, virtual phone number (DID) and related APIs, dashboards and documentation provided by TryVox.
- End User— any individual to whom you originate or from whom you receive a call, message or other communication through the Services.
- Customer Data— data, content and metadata you, your users or your End Users submit to or generate through the Services.
- DLT— the Distributed Ledger Technology registration system maintained by Indian access providers under TRAI regulations for commercial communication.
03Eligibility & Account Registration
To use TryVox you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly contract with minors.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you sign up, and to keep that information up to date. We may verify the identity of the account holder, any beneficial owners and the purpose of use before activating commercial features.
Where you purchase Indian phone numbers, originate calls on Indian networks or send commercial messages in India, you must complete the applicable Know-Your-Customer (KYC), DLT and use-case approval steps. Activation of these features is contingent on you passing those checks.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you grant access to. Keep your credentials, API keys and webhook secrets confidential and notify us at team@tryvox.io as soon as you suspect any unauthorised use.
04Services Offered
TryVox provides a programmable communications platform that includes:
- Voice API— programmable outbound and inbound voice calling, including support for AI-driven voice agents.
- SIP Trunking— carrier-grade elastic SIP trunks for connecting your own PBX, softswitch or media servers.
- Phone Numbers (DIDs)— provisioning and management of local, mobile and toll-free numbers in India and select international markets.
- Messaging— transactional and promotional SMS in India over DLT, and WhatsApp Business messaging where enabled for your account.
- Developer tooling— dashboards, SDKs, webhooks, call recording, logs and analytics.
The exact features available to you depend on your plan, your KYC/DLT status and the regulatory framework that applies in the country where you are sending or receiving traffic. We may modify, add or discontinue Services from time to time; where a change materially reduces the functionality you rely on, we will provide reasonable prior notice.
05Acceptable Use
You agree to use TryVox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and carrier requirements, including the rules of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, WhatsApp’s commerce and business policies, and, where relevant, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR and similar laws in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to (and not to allow any End User to):
- Send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or messages without the recipient’s required consent, opt-in or DLT registration.
- Originate or facilitate fraud, phishing, vishing, smishing, KYC impersonation, financial scams, sextortion, or any communication intended to deceive an End User.
- Place high-volume robocalls, predictive dialler campaigns or silent calls in violation of TRAI/DLT rules or the laws of the terminating jurisdiction.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful, infringing of intellectual property, or harmful to minors.
- Use the Services to harass, stalk, surveil or otherwise harm any person.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Services, probe for vulnerabilities outside of an authorised disclosure programme, or use the Services to attack or overload any third party.
- Resell, white-label or sub-license the Services without a written agreement with us.
- Spoof caller ID or sender ID, manipulate routing to evade billing, or misrepresent the origin of any communication.
We may, with or without notice depending on severity, throttle, suspend or terminate any traffic or account that we reasonably believe is violating this section, that poses a security risk, or that has been flagged by an upstream carrier or regulator.
06Payments & Billing
Most TryVox services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis in Indian Rupees (INR), with usage drawn from a prepaid wallet associated with your account. Per-minute, per-message and per-number rates are published on the pricing page and may vary by destination, carrier or feature.
You authorise us to deduct usage charges, recurring number rentals and any applicable taxes (including GST) from your wallet as they are incurred. If your wallet balance is insufficient, dependent Services may be paused until the balance is topped up.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By topping up your wallet you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form, payments are non-refundable. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant charge by writing to team@tryvox.io. We will investigate in good faith and issue a wallet credit if the dispute is upheld.
07Customer Data & Privacy
As between you and us, you own your Customer Data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data only to the extent necessary to operate the Services, comply with law and protect the integrity of the platform.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data you submit, including obtaining all consents needed to record calls, store message content or share personal information with TryVox. Where you act as a data fiduciary or data controller, we act as your data processor for personal data you submit through the Services.
Our handling of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
08Intellectual Property
TryVox, the TryVox name and logo, the platform, the SDKs and the documentation are owned by Tryjolt Solutions Private Limited and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices, nor use our marks without prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you choose to share with us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
09Third-Party Services & AI Providers
The Services interconnect with telecom carriers, cloud providers, payment processors and AI providers (for example, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and large language model providers) that you choose to enable in your account.
When you route traffic to a third party through TryVox — for example, integrating a voice agent built on an external AI provider — that third party’s terms and privacy policy also apply to your data. We do not control and are not responsible for those third-party services beyond passing data to and from them as you direct.
10Warranties Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryVox disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation and error-free delivery of communications.
We do not warrant that every call will connect, every message will be delivered, or that downstream carriers and providers will perform as expected. Voice quality, message throughput and feature availability can be affected by factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability under these Terms for any claims arising in a given period will not exceed the total fees you paid to TryVox for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11Emergency Services Disclaimer
TryVox is not a replacement for traditional telephony and must not be relied upon to place emergency calls (such as 100, 102, 108 or 112 in India, or 911 elsewhere). The Services depend on internet connectivity, electrical power, your equipment and upstream carriers, any of which can fail.
You agree to inform your End Users that emergency calling through the Services is not guaranteed and to maintain an independent means of contacting emergency responders. We are not liable for any inability to reach emergency services through the Services.
12Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use requirements;
- Your usage is creating a security, regulatory or fraud risk to TryVox, our carriers, our other customers or any End User;
- We are required to do so by a regulator, carrier, court or other competent authority;
- Your account remains unpaid past due dates after notice; or
- You become insolvent or cease to operate.
We will use reasonable efforts to give notice before suspension unless the issue is urgent. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, unused prepaid balances may be forfeited where the termination is for your breach, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as fees accrued, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by raising it in writing to team@tryvox.io and engaging in a good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our business or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, give you reasonable notice by email or through the dashboard before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services before they take effect.
